Actually, Brenden's been 3 for a little over a month now but we were not able to celebrate his birthday until last weekend because of moving. He wanted to have a Lighting McQueen birthday (from Disney's movie
Cars). Jeff's mom made the cake and, as usual, did a wonderful job. As with all the kids, she brings the cake over early in the day so they can enjoy the cake and look at it all day. So all day Brenden watched his cake and asked me over and over again if everyone was going to sing the "Happy Birthday" song to him. When I told him yes, he would giggle and say, "I am going to be pretty happy about that!" He was so cute.

YOur kids are getting so big! As is your house...HOly cow! It's huge and VERY nice. Hope you're enjoying it. I agree with you.... Fall is the best time of the year. I think of it as my period of 'cozy months'. Hey, have a few former co-workers coming down to McLaren to work the ER. I think they're on nights, though.

Sarah- yeah the kids are growing like weeds! I haven't met any of your former co-workers yet, but have heard about them... and, you're right, they are on nights.
