Fun Stuff

The front door was installed this week. It is 8 feet tall and looks great. It still has to be painted, we are not sure on the color yet.

Brooklyn sporting her new shades.

This is Cole singing to Brooklyn. It was very sweet. He decided he needed to teach her the ABCs and needed some backup music. I think she enjoyed it.

I love the pictures! How sweet that Cole wants to teach Brooklyn the ABC's. I swear, he is wearing a spider man shirt in every picture! :)
Your front door looks great. I didn't realize they painted them after they installed them. Any ideas on color?

Brooklyn sure loves those "shades", as Aunt Kelly would say. (she must have sensitive eyes like Kelly does).

I think you should paint your door different colors at different times of the year. So, red around valentines day, green around st. patrick's day, maize and blue all fall in honor of michigan football, red and green at Christmas, etc. It might be a good project for the kids.

Ben,
Thanks for the door color suggestion. I am always open for new ideas and the opinions of others. I will think about your input.

Kelly,
Cole is definitely a sweetheart. Yeah, we have lots of Spiderman shirts... the they get worn a lot. I am not sure yet on the door color.

Ben,
Well, I have considered your suggestion and I don't think it is going to work out. Keep the ideas coming. Your comments are always.... well interesting!

Hi Kim! Congrats on the house! It looks absolutely beautiful and I know how excited you must be to move! When should it be finished? Hope everything is going well! Be sure to tell my mom I said "hi" next time you see her in the nursery. :)

I just noticed on this entry that your front door is 8 feet tall. Wow. How tall do you think your kids are going to be?

Traci- We are suppose to be in sometime in September. Aren't you SO happy to be in your new house. I am always looking at your blog for house picture updates.

Ben- Well, Brenden likes to go "big high" so you never know.
